Paws' Journey

Easy Paws would like to introduce you to very important person.. well dog actually. Our very own company 'Top Dog' – Paws the Dog! We took the liberty of interviewing Paws so you can get to know him.

Where are you from?

I was born on the streets of North West London from a litter of eight. I am a stray and am proud of my background. 

What is your job?

I work full time for Easy Paws as Publicity Officer. I started off as an Intern in the Easy Paws’ accounting department, and worked my way up to become the company top dog. I also spent a summer working at Wimbledon as a ball boy, but got fired for taking the balls home. Luckily Easy Paws gave me a new home.

What is your favourite food?

My owners sadly keep me on a strict diet of dog food and the occasional dog treat. I once broke into the pantry and ate everything in there. My owners were upset and my tummy hurt, but I have no regrets.

What are your hobbies?

You have to make the most of every day when your life expectancy is 13-15 years. In the summer I like chasing tennis balls, long-walks in the park and the occasional skydive. In the winter, I enjoy ice-skating, life-drawing and lying against warm radiators.

Do you have any bad habits? 

I chase my tail at least three times a day. I have tried to cut down. Fortunately my psychologist says it's nothing to worry about.

What’s the best and worst piece of advice you’ve ever received?

The worst - 'Maybe you should volunteer at a cat rescue centre'.

The best - 'Use your puppy dog eyes to get dinner scraps'.

Where can people meet you?

You are most likely to meet me at pet trade shows, charity events or in the park. Come and say hello, or throw a tennis ball to get my attention.

Easy Paws is thrilled to share its first ever product – the Easy Noodle Mat!

The Easy Noodle Mat was developed by Easy Paws’ founders – Alex and Adam. Adam owned a mischievous dog, Gonzo, who loved to run in the mud (likely stemming from his border collie heritage). Like all dog owners, Adam had the daily task of manually wiping his dog’s muddy paws when entering the house. Gonzo hated having his paws wiped and put up as much resistance as possible. Adam tried all types of dog mats and found none to be effective at cleaning Gonzo’s paws.

We can’t wait for you to your dogs to try out the Easy Noodle Mat, and more colours and designs are on the way! We would love to see photos of your dogs enjoying the mats, so please send them to us - info@easypaws.co.uk - and we will post them on our website!

Alex and Adam

Hello, and welcome to our first ever blog post! Today we celebrate the launch of Easy Paws – a brand new pet company for dogs and their owners, with one simple mission: to provide the very best in pioneering dogs products, gadgets and solutions.

We, Alex and Adam, are two friends and have founded Easy Paws because we were not satisfied with the current choice of dog products available. We have two considerations when designing our products that we will never compromise on. The first - Our products will always be safe, fun and comfortable for dogs to use. The second – Our products will strive to make owning and keeping a dog as easy and enjoyable as possible.

We are also passionate about the welfare of animals, and dogs in particular. This is why we will donate 5% of all our profits to dog charities. Making a difference through supporting dog charities will always be a core value of Easy Paws.
